Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend the session and you notify us in writing up to 24 hours prior to the agreed meeting, you will receive a full refund. If you would like to reschedule and you notify us in writing up to 24 hours prior to the agreed meeting, there will not be additional fees. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the agreed meeting, we will not be able to refund you. If the session host has to cancel, we will offer you the possibility of rescheduling the session or you are entitled to claim a full refund. All refunds will be made to the same payment method used to book the session.
